• Body - High quality cast monoblock, reinforced at the clamping points, without welded parts. Gearbox: Made of hardened Special Steel® with permanent lubrication; moving parts are also made of hardened and ground steel. Lubrication: All components related to cutting are lubricated and made of hardened and ground steel to eliminate wear caused by the cutting operation or the chamfering caused by cutting the reinforcement.
• Cutting blades - The cutting blades are rectangular in shape with two clamping screws, which prevents movement and premature damage. They can be used on all four sides and guarantee extreme cutting precision. Compared to square blades, our configuration is more efficient because it increases cutting performance for small and medium diameter blades. Our rectangular blades are 110 mm high and can grip and cut more stems at a time than competing devices with square blades. Square blades have only one central hole, which makes them more vulnerable.
• Engine - three-phase electric motor. Includes electric starter and switch. The equipment is configured for continuous operation and is protected against short circuits and power phase failure. Maximum operating temperature: 40°C. Maximum operating relative humidity: 95%. It is protected against dust, dirt, gases, moisture and vibrations arising from normal operation. Control panel: On/off switch, thermal overload switch and emergency stop. The equipment has a remote control pedal for operation.
• Assembly - High temperature and wear-resistant rubber wheel system and clearly marked lifting points.
