Maintenance instructions

Edënbërg knives are dishwasher safe. However, we do recommend that you follow the maintenance instructions below. This will ensure that you can enjoy your kitchen knives for even longer:

• Rinse the blades with water before placing them in the dishwasher.

• Due to possible “contact corrosion” (caused by contact of different types of

metal) we recommend that you place the knives in the dishwasher separately from other metals.

• Do not use too much washing-up/rinse aid, as this is corrosive.

• When the dishwashing program is finished, open the door to remove condensation on the blades.
