The compact 120-watt PBGS 10-120 double grinder with combined grinding and polishing wheel is the ultimate all-in-one tool for countless grinding and polishing jobs in the professional workshop or hobby room. In combination with the flexible shaft and the extensive accessory set, particularly precise milling as well as artistic engraving work can also be carried out. With this variety of functions, the PBGS 10-120 multifunction tool makes many other hand tools superfluous and creates space for new ideas when working and tinkering.

No other sanding tool can be used so universally

No matter whether tools that have become blunt, such as drills, milling cutters, cutting blades, scissors or knife blades, are to be sharpened on the pre-mounted grinding wheel (120 grit), surfaces polished on the already attached polishing wheel (400 grit), workpieces made of wood and plastic ground or glass, ceramics and leather engraved with the help of the ball-bearing mounted shaft and matching rotary tool - the PBGS 10-120 double grinding machine masters all this and more with adjustable working speed (0 to 11.500 min-1). Even cutting work and the removal of rust spots succeed effortlessly with the high-speed drive shaft.

Safe working with a firm footing

Laterally closed protective hoods and two swiveling protective discs in front of the grinding stones always ensure safe working without flying sparks. The workpiece supports can be conveniently adjusted to the respective application or workpiece by means of a knurled hood. Four rubber feet are integrated into the solid base of the unit for a non-slip, low-vibration stand. A base plate with pre-drilled holes is already attached to the PBGS 10-120 double grinder so that it can be bolted to a workbench or work table. Temporary fixation to a vice or attachment to a stand for using the bench grinder as a floor-mounted unit is also possible. A safe stand with minimum vibration development of the machine should always be guaranteed.

Cutting/Cutting

12 x cutting discs

Thin wood, sheet metal or plastic can be cut precisely with the sturdy cut-off wheels made of glass-fiber-reinforced material. Thin protruding screws or nails can also be cut off.

Grinding/Sharpening

40 x grinding wheels

The grinding wheels are made of particularly resistant material. They are perfect for woodwork or for grinding metal or plastic.

10 x sanding belts

The sanding belts can be used to reliably process various materials such as hard and soft wood, metal and fiberglass in a very confined space - e.g. also for smoothing corners that have been rounded on the inside and outside. The sanding belt is simply attached to the corresponding sanding belt mandrel (included in the set).

10 x sanding heads (corundum/aluminum oxide)

The high-quality sanding heads made of corundum or aluminum oxide offer high resistance to hard material. They are ideal for grinding, sharpening, smoothing and deburring stone, ceramics or different metals.

1 x Grinding stone

The rectangular corundum grinding stone is used for sharpening blades or deburring tile, glass or ceramic edges.

Polishing/Cleaning

10 x felt polishing heads

The felt polishing heads allow you to easily clean most metals as well as wood, stone, tile, ceramic, glass, marble, granite and plastics. Dust is reliably removed even in the smallest crevices and old, tarnished jewelry, for example, shines in new splendor.

1 x Polishing Paste

For high-gloss polishing of metal and plastic surfaces with felt or textile attachments, we recommend using the polishing paste. This removes the oxidation film and can eliminate small defects on the surface.

3 x Brass brushes

Brass wire brushes are softer than stainless steel brushes and are gentle on the surfaces of soft metals such as gold, copper or brass when cleaning - these include jewelry and accessories as well as door handles, certain car parts and electrical contacts.

4 x cleaning brushes

The various cleaning heads clean particularly efficiently and in hard-to-reach gaps.

Milling and engraving

3 x cutters / 2 x diamond-tipped engravers

The carbon steel cutters with straight groove thread, ball head and taper are suitable for uniform grooving or gouging as well as for cavities and recesses. Include the 2 diamond tipped engraving tips for coarser to very intricate engraving work. The engraving tips can be used for materials made of wood, ceramics, glass, metal, leather as well as other materials.
