As a professionally designed pendulum hood model, the PCSS 10-1400 is a classic hand circular saw par excellence. The combination of a powerful 1,400 W motor with electronically controlled softstart, variable speed control and a high cutting depth of up to 65 mm allows fast progress and precise cutting results in a wide range of sawing applications- whether solid wood, chipboard, plastic, light construction materials or aluminum profiles.

The PCSS 10-1400 hand circular saw can be configured quickly and easily for a wide range of applications. Cutting depth and angle can be steplessly preselected without additionally required tool, for cuts up to 65 mm depth and angle up to 45 degrees. Material-compatible work ensures the variable speed of rotation with constant running thanks to electronic control, which also keeps the preselected blade rotation speed constant under load.

With an ideal focus, the compact PCSS 10-1400 has been ergonomically optimized for professional use, and its main handle is also equipped with softgrip inserts. This is why the hand circular saw is comfortable to grip even in long operations and can be guided safely and precisely with the help of the additional front handle.

In the base plate, recessed notches for 0- and 45-degree position show you the exact cutting line and facilitate the exact cutting at the crack by showing the saw cut width.

If necessary, the integrated laser guide light can also be connected to the exact cutting line display. The laser projects a red line onto the workpiece and thus precisely indicates the direction of the cutting, which facilitates the free-hand guiding of the saw along a straight cut. Deviations from the cutting line can be detected and corrected immediately. And for a perfect longitudinal cut, simply use the provided parallel stop.

A safety switch prevents unintentional commissioning of the device, the soft start with start-up current limiter protects against acceleration at start-up and the high-quality aluminum swing guard with retraction handle provides additional user protection.

Thanks to the integrated spindle lock, the blade change is also simple and safe. The hex wrench required for this purpose is mounted within the housing and two saw blades are already included in the delivery. The design with 24 teeth is ideal for fast longitudinal cuts and the saw blade with 48 teeth ensures clean cuts even in hard materials. Since both saw blades are supplied in a hard metal version, they can be used universally for wood and plastics.
