Product Description
The BP2F determine the surface temperature of food by an infrared sensor and the internal temperature of food by a penetration temperature probe.
According to the HACCP-Directive for foods, the temperature range below 4 °C and above 60 °C is an important tool for preventing the emergence and multiplication of harmful microorganisms. Temperatures between 4 °C and 60 °C can be germ-promoting.
For easy monitoring of compliance or non-compliance with these temperature limits, the food thermometer BP2F has adjustable minimum or maximum alarm limit.
A few practical benefits:
- Infrared and insertion thermometer in one device
- Core temperature measurements from -40 °C to +200 °C – or up to +280 °C contact-free when using infrared
- Extremely compact due to retractable, lockable core temperature probe
- Robust washable IP65 construction
- Alarm function for freely configurable Maximum/Minimum Temperature limits
- Fulfill the demands of LFGB, §31
- Conforms to DIN 10955:2004
- Excellent price-performance-ratio
